After working with dozens of small businesses, I’ve seen just how challenging it can be to grow a successful company. You started with a passion and a dream, but now you’re drowning in problems. It Doesn't Have to be This Way
Every job I’ve ever had felt bigger than me when I first started it. From the entry-level account executive role right out of college to the COO of a non-profit to running a subsidiary of one of the largest companies in the world. I never felt prepared and I always felt overwhelmed. Always more plates to spin and never enough hands.
Despite my success, I had hit a wall. My breakthrough came when I hired a business coach. My coach Mark had a knack for asking just the right questions to help me uncover the solutions I sought. Once I learned that I didn’t have to figure it all out on my own, our profits grew, our staff stuck around and became more engaged and together, we achieved more than we had previously imagined.
My story came full circle in 2019 when I took the entrepreneurial plunge myself and began my coaching and consulting business. I mixed the tools and frameworks from coach certification with the wisdom from 25 years of leading teams and building businesses and now I help other entrepreneurs achieve their dreams. I didn’t have to go do it on my own, and neither do you.

Jim Williamson has built a successful career leading and growing organizations based in large part on his ability to ask great questions, speak with candor, and identify talented people with whom to collaborate. It’s from this foundation that Jim helps leaders navigate organizational, industry, and societal changes to move their organizations towards their vision.
Having spent segments of his career in Public Relations and non-profit management, Jim has spent 14 years as an executive with Sysco Corporation, as President of their fresh produce distribution facility in Tennessee, FreshPoint Nashville. Having coached both established and emerging leaders for several years, Jim ventured into his full-time coaching and consulting practice in 2019.
As a proponent of organizational health, Jim’s coaching focuses not only on helping entrepreneurs and organizational leaders scale their businesses, but he also seeks to help them clarify their values and implement practices that create irresistible cultures.
